Johnny Arnold

Johnny is grounded in the principles of competence, confidence, and character—values that guide his approach to both business and life. He is a firm believer in the power of relationships, often saying, “Projects come and go, but relationships are forever.”

Since entering the hospitality furnishings industry in 2002, Johnny has supported renovation and new-construction projects across the full spectrum of hotel categories. His experience ranges from select-service properties to large full-service, resort, and conference hotels, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the industry’s operational and design needs.

Johnny earned his degree in Sports Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He lives in Dunwoody, a suburb of Atlanta, with his wife, Nina, their sons, John Harold and Jackson, and their black Labrador, Dottie.

Outside of work, Johnny is a devoted family man and an active member of his community. He is a lifelong supporter of the Tennessee Volunteers, enjoys outdoor activities such as camping and hunting, and invests his time coaching youth baseball and football.  He believes that giving his best—in work, family, and community—creates an environment where others can thrive alongside him.
